1. It was great
I admit to still be very worried this will end up being Bowers redux but I have to admit that Boies is right that someone would bring this case and they surely were the best to do so. It is clear they trounced the opposition.

4. Great video. I hope it gets passed along to as many as possible.
I have the same gnawing in my tummy that you do regarding this, even though I've been a champion of the Boies/Olson approach from the beginning (and took heat for it). Of course, I worry, too. There's so much at stake. But they are focused like a laser on the Equal Protection Clause and there's really no way around it: The Supreme Court's 5 Catholic men will have to be on the record for all of history that they either were upholding the Constitution or that they were just bigots in robes.

And, as you point out, Boies really hits it hard with someone else would have done it and that could have really been a train wreck.

By the way, here's wishing you the best in your performance.

6. Trounced the competition...
All things being equal, yes.

Sadly in our world few things are. Especially us.

But I retain my hope!

2. Good show.
I wish Moyers had a wider audience. They nailed the case for marriage equality on every point.

3. Excellent video
The very fact that Ted freakin' Olsen gets it and our President and party leadership does not makes me very sad.

8. And Ted Olsen is basing his argument
on the Constitution. So what else about the Constitution doesn't our fierce advocate understand?

9. Excellent. If I didn't already agree, I would now.
And Ted Olsen just amazes and surprises me still.
