Are there any websites or fountains of information about how gay-friendly a company is?

I'm considering a position at a law firm who specializes in workplace law.

Are there any sites online where I can find out how gay friendly this company is both to its employees and its clientele?

It lists who donated to Proposition 8 (the bad guys), some of the ones who donated against Proposition 8 and all the pertinent information we could dig up on them.

3. HRC puts out a rating book

but that would only likely cover larger legal firms. I would suggest you try state level equality groups.

4. Read diversity policies....posted on most corp websites...or ask them.

If they don't say anything about sexual orientation, gender and gender identity or expression then they probably want to fire LGBT people and keep women in subservient roles.
