8. I very much enjoyed both that book and the film!
It didn't put me off BBQ, either! There's nothing like good BBQ, done properly!

I'll have to find this place one day, in my travels!

7. There was a guy next to the Pimlico Race Track in Baltimore that BBQed this way
And it was the furthest North I ever got honest to God Carolina BBQ...and Carolina BBQ is my favorite.
