42. excellent..but you see..i have this problem
i have all the extra lasagne that is going to wind up being leftovers and with the cold weather there may not be enough to share it with..yet, that is not what vexes me.

you see--sometimes when you are on message boards like du- you just cannot help falling in love and i find myself in cyber 'love' and i don't know what to do. you see, he's straight and even though i try i just can't seem to write enough witty retorts and such to get him to notice me. i mean he's all for supporting teh gay and teh family, which i am cool with, but i mean why can't he 'see' me! *sniffles* i'd say his name, but that would be busting him out, but let's just call him crantgart. alack! alas! what's a cold gay to do?

It will likely be 15 by morning, what ever they predict for Greensboro we can be 10 20 degrees colder..we are out in the woods.
Yay for our kerosene heater, we have a first generation heat pump that cuts off at 25, when the emergency heat element comes on the lights dim and the meter does a great imitation of a top.

It's taken a turn for the better. It was over sixty degrees today, and I took my dog for two long walks, and we had a great time soaking up the sun, and all that Vitamin D.

It felt really good. Usually, the winter here is horrible, but this week has been good.

Thanks for asking.

74. Awful. I'm working outdoors in below zero (with wind chill)
and tomorrow will be much worse with Friday being the worst.

It's supposed to snow/ice tonight but I stole a bucket of salt the other day for just such an occasion. My last trip to work following the ice storm almost killed me - I have a short steep hill out of our lot and I discovered that when it's iced over I have no control over my vehicle. I slid right out into fast moving traffic. :scared:
