Are any states voting on legalizing this go around?
I know that Nevada did it in 06 and it was defeated, narrowly at that. Didnt know if any of the more inlightened progressive states are voting for freedom.

2. Mass has a ballot initiative to decriminalize up to 1 oz and making it a fine rather than jail time
better than nothing although I would love to see medical marijuana come to pass here.

They no longer need to. The president's administration said they would not prosecute medical marijuana cases any more.
