I am not defending Dr. Gosnell. The prosecutor made an inflammatory statement that is not true to deflect the public from the fact that they allowed Dr. Gosnell to operate his clinic for decades not caring about a thing until a DRUG charge exposed the DA's malfeasance.

Board Certification is not by state law but the American Board of Medical Specialties. NO ONE except you is saying anything about PA state specific certification. True, American Board Certification is not required to practice in PN, but it is a good thing to have which he DOESN'T.

And that their attempts were all in vain, no one would investigate him?

And based on these FACTS (not "lies"), doesn't your common sense tell you that the facilitator or facilitators of this criminal doctor's ILLEGALLY administered practice, is someone deeply embedded in the state regulatory boards? No one gets to run an ILLEGAL practice like the one in question for years and years without powerful enabling from inside the system.

This freak needed to be put out of business a long time ago. What he was doing was VERY illegal, VERY unethical for many reasons. Murdering pregnant women and live born infants for money is wrong. Preying on them is wrong. Yes, he WAS doing many things wrong. Including leaving signed blank prescription forms for his staff to fill out for narcotics.
