6. Even strong prochoice states still have those old
antiabortion laws on the books. If Roe vs. Wade is ever overturned, those antiabortion laws will be back in force overnight. State legislatures will have to vote to overturn those laws and the state governors will have to sign it and I don't see that happening in all but a handful of states and then at the whim of whoever wants to run for national office.

That's how important that decision is to all of us. That's why the talk about overturning it not being a threat is so disingenuous.

Of course it's a threat. Abortion would be illegal in all 50 states until a few courageous ones re established the right at the state level.

7. Interesting - my state (MA) is probably pro-choice but my company
has blocked all sites using the word "abortion". I really have to find another job. x(
