Conservative activism on campaign finance bodes very badly for choice.

The Supreme Court's conservative justices intellectual dishonesty in the Citizens United case, their total disregard for precedents going back 100 years, their dishonesty about respecting precedent during their hearings, and their activism in having the case totally revamped to make this ruling possible predicts that they are ready to do the very same thing with Choice. Be prepared.

Abortion, if anything, is an even more important issue with the court than campaign finance. No matter what Roberts, Aleto, or Thomas said before Congress getting approved, they have no intention of being true to it, and never did from the start.

For all the complaints about judicial activism being wrong, they never themselves meant it should count in "making the world right." They are perfectly willing to "right" Roe v. Wade first, and then respect precedent.

This conservative Supreme Court is not true to its own values. Congress should have Borked them all, and Bork was as phony as Scalia.

1. In a culture of Corporate War Slavery, Choice of Reproductive Services should be a sacrament.
