But the Nuggets will probably make it to the Western Finals for the first time.

And I really do hate the Mavericks. They stole their name from UTA in the 70's and really pissed me off. It also makes me smile to see that jerk, Mark Cuban, get all upset.

You think it was a rip off? Well if you have to foul somebody in the last seconds, you better make it flagrant. Melo sunk the three pointer in the last second to win the game. Oh, by the way, I absolute despise American Airlines.

Correction - The Nuggets got to the Western Finals in 1985. How could I remember that? That was the year the Royals beat the Cardinals in the World Series. Was I concerned about basketball then?

3. I've enjoyed watching the Nuggs for the past several years

but I've never really believed in them 'till this year. Before it was like "yeah, it's nice that they're above .500 but they'll bomb in the playoffs". This year, I thought they'd at least get past the first round, even back at the midway point. Once they got Billups... that was when they were going to take off. I look forward to seeing how this turns out.
