Back to the past.....49ers unveil new uniforms

After months of speculation, the San Francisco 49ers revealed brand new uniforms as the main attraction of the team’s annual Draft day party at the Santa Clara Convention Center.

The five-time Super Bowl Champions introduced new threads with a number of aesthetic enhancements that modernize the popular look from the 49ers storied past, with the return of the signature color of the franchise, 49ers Red.

“The new uniforms represent the 49ers in a manner that allows us to connect with our past, but also keep an eye on our future,” team President Jed York said. “Our decision to change the uniform is just another opportunity to show our fans that we are always striving to improve our team, in every way possible.”

2. The colors still suck
The red and white is OK but that gold has never looked good.

5. The new uniforms
are a reminder of the unparalleled 49er glory days...You remember those days, starting with "The Catch" the Cowboys took a regular pounding throughout the eighties. No team has been more successful over a decade as the Niners were during that time, and these uniforms send warning that we will be back...

6. The Cowboys should modify their uniforms by changing everyone's
number to 96.

That way everyone can remember the last time that moron Jerry Jones even won a playoff game.

7. You know it might not be a bad idea
if they put Texas Department of Corrections on there too.

Hey, isn't that Roger Staubach?
