2. In retrospect, now that I'm older
I fully appreciate the magnitude of Foreman winning this. He had effortless strength, he hits Moorer with what looks like an average shot and it completely took the guy out. Amazing to watch.

3. Teddy Atlas gives a great
description of the fight in his book.

I had a few friends over that night. Both my sons were little then, and they both loved Big George. We were watching the fight, and two of my friends were saying it was too late, George wasn't going to be able to catch him. But it was clear that George was measuring him, hurting him with some shots, and moving Michael into position. I kept saying George was going to get him.

Teddy had warned Michael, before and during the fight, about George's plan to win. And he was exactly right. That punch that you don't see coming, that travels a straight line to your chin, can leave you inconscious on the canvas.
