Which is worse? Spying or exceeding the salary cap?
Belichick was fined $0.5 mill. The Donkos were fined $1.918 mill for exceeding the salary cap on their way to back-to-back Super Bowl wins in 1997 and 1998.

1. If you go over the cap by 30 million dollars, you will be fined more than if you go over by 10 M

2. I recall the 49ers got caught on this too
Though I'm not sure if it occurred before or after it's last SB win (I think it was after, but I'm not sure)
