1. Holy Crap
I never expected the Cowboys of all teams to be one and done. And how about Eli Manning getting to the conference title game instead of his brother.

3. Giants win!
woo - hoo!

Aside from the fact that the Giants are my favorite team, nothing gives me more pleasure than watching Dallas lose.

5. The absolute best part about watching the team I loathe
the most lose is seeing Jerry Jones on the sideline with the look of failure on his face.

It's difficult to express my joy.

14. Amen to that.
It's one of the lamest and funniest things in pro sports to see ol' stretch-face try to "rally the troops" by coming on down to the field. Works pretty well, eh Jer? LOLOLOL

10. Two things:
I heard Jones left 2 tickets to the NFC championship in the locker of each Cowboy player--very stupid. Could Aikman be more of a homer? Extremely annoying unless you are a cowgirl fan.

11. I could probably half way tolerate Dallas if it weren't
for that cocky, son-of-a-bitch owner.

Giants get last laugh after Jerry Jones gives away NFC title game tickets

BY RALPH VACCHIANO
DAILY NEWS SPORTS WRITER

Monday, January 14th 2008, 4:00 AM

IRVING, Tex. - Several Giants players and team officials saw the ESPN report Sunday morning that said Cowboys owner Jerry Jones had already given each of his players two tickets for their friends and family for the NFC Championship Game.

"Yeah, we heard about that," said center Shaun O'Hara. "Feel free to send them over to the Meadowlands. We'll take them." :spray:

Added DE Justin Tuck: "My reaction was I was hoping they had a rebate program."

Of course, the game now will be played in Green Bay, where Jones' tickets will not be honored. }(

OWENS DEFENDS QB AFTER DEFEAT

By BART HUBBUCH

January 14, 2008 -- IRVING, Texas - Tony Romo was unapologetic, but Terrell Owens was driven to tears.

The two driving forces in one of the most successful regular seasons in the Cowboys' storied history had vastly different reactions to the Giants New York Giants ' 21-17 playoff win yesterday that unceremoniously ended it.

22. Cowboys haven't won a playoff game since 1996
The slide started when my Cardinals whooped the pukes in Dallas in 1998. Cowgirls haven't recovered since!!
