1. Me too.
He is one of those horses that goes out and gets the job done without a lot
of flash - but he is always there when it counts.

4. Damn that name of his
Or maybe I just have an overactive, dirty imagination. But the Daddy'll be right there running at the end.

I'm leaning toward Street Sense, barring any great reports on Nobiz today and tomorrow. After those two, it's probably the Daddy, Hard Spun, Dominican and Curlin for me.

And here's why: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uB6NdbRDVkQ ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWm_o9o6TbU

6. The Blue Grass was weird
I think all of the top contenders have improved in their own way but I can't tell how much until they run it Satuday. You're right on Scat Daddy - he looks like he's been tested this spring and passed, showing some mettle down there in Florida ... but will it be enough? About the Blue Grass, Randy Moss pointed out Teuflesberg came out wide and actually impeded Street Sense in the stretch and knocked him onto the wrong lead nearing the wire, so I'm going to give him a little pass for the result. All that said, he lost by just a bob. Still, it proved he's no wonder horse ... yet.

We'll see - gonna be a freaky good race, I think.

Heck, I may still choose Nobiz.

7. I gotta say it's one of the best fields in years
Curlin scares the crap out of me because his 3 career races have been cakewalks. Nobiz and Street definitely have the goods.

I'm hanging with Scat and will bet him across the board, box him in the Exacta with the field, and--- throw 50 on him to win the whole enchilada. I do admit though---my win record for the last couple of Derbys is non-existent...lol
