George Mason - Meh - Hofstra Beat You Twice

1. Please, my Memphis Tigers beat UCLA already
so we should be getting ready to play LSU in the Final Four had we not played like a bunch of high school kids.

I like billy donovan's comment about the best thing about March Madness, something alone the lines of "if we reset the tournament and played it again, there would probably be four different teams here"

every team that Mason has beaten has been better than them on Paper (except maybe Wichita State) in a best of seven series, Michigan state wins, Carolina wins, UConn wins. no question. but in a one off? anything can happen.

3. I'm not disputing that
all I'm saying is, Hofstra deserved to be in the tournament OVER George Mason because they went head-to-head twice in the last two weeks of the season that Hofstra beat them - twice.

They were both at-large bid candidates, and Hofstra was more deserving.

I think its wonderful what GM is doing. But by all rights, it should be my old school, Hofstra, up there, not them.

5. No guarantee that Hofstra would've advanced
to the Final Four.
It doesn't happen like that.

9. So he went to that college when it was only open for 3 years
he just wanted to go to a "cheap" school, and not pay any tuition
