Anyone else watch the Cowboys Giants game?
Towards the end of the game, Vinny just collapsed. I don't know if he was about the fumble the snap or what, but it looked like he just fell down.

My husband, God love him, quips, "Oh, my Hip!"

:loveya:

We pretty much quit the game early, it seemed.

You're welcome. :)

9. Don't hate on the Tuna
I thought that within a few years Tuna would have the 'Boys as a contender but I think it's going to take a lot longer than that.

I like Bill-but remember I'm a Giant fan and he brought us some good times.

11. Funny thing I noticed about the end of that game.
Right before the Cowboys scored. 2nd and goal from the 5 or so. They had enough time on the play clock to run it down to the 2 minute warning before running another play. But they didn't - and so the 2 min warning came AFTER the next play, making it 3rd down.

If they had waited, they could have run another 40 seconds off. Considering the Giants scored with only a few seconds remaining, that may have made the difference.

12. This I know already!
That was about the time I was sniping at the teevee about poor clock management, and at my husband about not switching over to "Smallpox" on SciFi.

3. Vinny can look like Joe Montana one minute, and then...
the next he's Babe Laufenberg. I've never seen a guy throw so many red-zone interceptions, and just in general make the kind of mistakes you would normally expect from a rookie, not someone who's been in the league for nearly 2 decades.

Gotta love Julius Jones tho. :)

6. Julius Jones is THE MAN!
I remember when he was drafted, my husband thought he would be a good asset and was happy we got him. Now I see why!

Oh and I like Witten, too. And Roy Williams.
