He used to be the mastermind, but now I wonder what hes thinking. Im thinking his success was more to do with John Elway, Shannon Sharpe and Terrell Davis than anything he actually did.

Time to "enjoy" another 9-7 Denver Broncos year.

3. He didn't do very well with the Raiders....

however, his replacement, Art Shell, won 12 games and a spot in the AFC championship game, in his first full season, with basically the same team.
