Clearly, there is some kind of confrontation going on in the video, obtained by TMZ and it appears that Stow is doing a good job restraining himself.
The Dodgers fan in the video is seen wearing a blue jersey with the name Banda and the number 23.
Reportedly, the cops want to bring this guy in for questioning. He may not be one of the culprits who beat Stow to a bloody pulp in the parking lot after a March 31st game at Dodger Stadium, but he may be a person of interest for the LAPD.
By the way, I checked all the baseball databases I know, and I could not find a Dodgers player -- past or present -- with the name Banda, typically a Mexican surname. This could very well be this dude's own name on a Casey Blake jersey. We also can tell it's not Giovanni Ramirez, the suspect who's already in jail on a parole violation.
