I've seen Jalen on ESPN several times now. He really is a great analyst. He's very basketball smart and he knows how to communicate. He's also willing to say what he thinks which makes him interesting.

Jalen Rose to auction off 'General Lee' Dodge Charger

Detroit— Former Michigan basketball star and ESPN analyst Jalen Rose is selling his version of the "General Lee," a 1969 Dodge Charger used in "The Dukes of Hazzard" television series.

Rose says in a statement today he's owned the car since 2001.

It will be part of a five-day eBay Motors auction starting May 22. The beginning bid is set at $45,000. Proceeds will benefit the Jalen Rose Leadership Academy charter school in Detroit.

Rose and actor John Schneider have autographed the car with personal messages. Schneider portrayed Bo Duke.
