1. I understand
He was visiting there as an entertainer and fan of basketball in general. But it does make sense to have a rule against employees, owners, of a team visiting future draft picks.

5. He can afford it...
and he should have known better...maybe he got carried away, but if they don't fine him, they're open to a having double standard should another owner do something similar.
