3. What's the concensus on how this ball would have played?

To me, it looked like, even without the interference, the ball was just a little too high for any play to have been made. But, the fans definitely got in the way. I just don't think it would have been any different if they hadn't.

What's the official word?

The asses are fairly well contained east of the river (Brooklyn and Queens) and north of 235th st. (The Bronx) oh and Staten Island.

Despite the Yankees, NY is the greatest city I've ever lived in. I miss it daily.
