1. Well you may be crazy
;)

But, regardless of that, the O's are doing very well.

Enjoy all of it, JK. :)

3. Shhhhhhhhhhh!
See my thread on my Brewers avatar. That's all the explanation I can give. But for your sake and the sake of your team: Shhhhhhhhhhhhh.

24. Ah, but superstition is what baseball is all about.
Nevermind what those numbers geeks try to tell you.

26. Ya gotta respect the avatar mojo.
I switched to a Jays avatar and they went into a slump. After a 1-6 stretch, I changed the avatar and they've been 10-6 since. So whatever you do, don't change the pic in your sigline!

And whoever is callin' you crazy is crazy themselves. We're over 30 games into the season. While anything can still happen, the fact they're in first can no longer be regarded as a fluke.

4. We'll see if this holds true when the days start getting shorter.
I raise my glass to you right now, but the words "June Swoon" ring far too true for many teams.

11. I wouldn't have called you crazy....
...a tad overly optimistic perhaps but not crazy.

But keep an eye on the rear view mirror.....a certain team written off for dead is going to make some noise.

12. Ive been watching them carefully
Someone has to put Tino Martinez out of his hot streak, hes been on fire ever since he made those two errors against Oakland.

13. He's a May-June burner....
...has been through most of his career.

Which is why I hold out hopes that Bernie will have his traditional June (numbers off the charts) in some form.

14. Maybe
and hopefully Sosa will do good in June for us, when he hit 66 home runs in 98, he had 20 that month I believe. Yesterday though it wasn't a big or noticable victory, I think yesterday really was proof to me at least that this team, the orioles are legit, they really hit Johan Santana well, and you know Santana, he has been unreal since the all star break last year, and on top of that he's a lefty, and the orioles last year couldnt hit lefties if their lives depended on it, and this was done without Sosa or Matos, poor Matos gonna be gone for a while, bummer. Yankees are far from dead, and I am gonna be watching how they play against interdivision teams too, since that has been very important this year to our success.

16. O's are getting good pitching....
....I knew they would be a slugging team.

Hopefully they can remain healthy as I think that is going to be the biggest factor in the AL Eaat this year.

Right now I'm just looking forward to seeing Randy throw when its warm out.

but that may go down a little with Matos out but Mora and Roberts can still run well.

21. I've hated the bastard since he used the Sox to up Steinbrenner's offer
He did scare the shit out of me too though.

I do have Wayne Gretzky-like feelings for Jeter (or in other words, I'll sing his praises when he retires... til then, I hope he dies, the sonofabitch).

23. Jeter at leat seems to care about chemistry not being a team full
Yeah I'll praise Jeter when he retires but he's not my fave shortstop, when it comes to shortstops, gimme Miguel Tejada, guy really knows how to hit, play shortstop, and build team chemistry. Jeter is a fine player that said but I'd rather have Miggy. He's had the reverse affect Albert Belle had on us, and I love him for it.
