2. The AL East is scary right now...
4 of the top 5 AL teams in the same division. Boston would be leading the West, they're in 4th in the East.

The Jays'll fade tho. This is supposed to be a rebuilding year. My guess is their young arms will get tired, and the batters won't be able to keep up the torrid HR pace they've set through the first 2 months.

4. Last year they faded as soon as they had to play anyone in the AL East...
...their early spurt was due to playing everyone who was really bad...this year, though, they seem to have something.

3. NL East is getting interesting
Top to bottom everyone is .500 or better and everyone is within 3.5 games of the lead. The AL East might be the best division but the NL East is the most competitive. It will be interesting to see where the Nats go after Strasburg comes up next week...
