It looks like the Red Sox put on their hitting shoes today.

It's already 4-1 Sox in the bottom of the second, in Game 1 of a double-header. Millar missed a Grand Slam because of the wind, but still drove in three with a wall-ball double.

I have tickets to the five o'clock game, I have to start getting ready to drive up, it's going to be COLD evening at Fenway--I'm looking forward to seeing Ichiro, but I hope the Sox take both games. :)

I am gonna start looking at Orioles gamss I may wanna go too, its just real hard to get in to Baltimore sometimes agh, though its always fun to go there. Whats Ichiro hitting right now?

3. Ichiros's hitting .331 with 11 RBIs so far this season.

He has TWO stolen bases already today---he is a GREAT ballplayer, one of the best.

5. Hes quite a hitter, if anyone gets Teddy Ballgames' 400

it would be him.

6. He is really a 'complete' ballplayer--he can run the bases, ...

hit for contact or for power, and he plays the field with the best of the game. There's always a stir of excitement when he's in a game, you know you're likely to see something great---like the other day when he climbed the outfield wall to rob a home run shot.
