One thing that kid has in his favor is his age. Perhaps those charges won't haunt him through life being under 18.

Thomas Betz, of Warminster, Pa., who hopped over the left-field fence at Citizens Bank Park the night after, isn't as fortunate. He's 34 and has been charged with marijuana possession, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and other counts.
