are the Lions getting there heads out of there asses?
getting a WR to help is good but now they are stocking linemen?

The lions getting help where they need it?

Isn't this a sign of the end?

1. Actually, I like the cut of their jib today. Very much.
Getting Kyle Vanden Bosch as a free agent from Tennessee and Corey Williams in a trade from Cincinnati were good moves and automatically jacks up our defensive line over anything in the Millen era. Burleson takes pressure off Calvin Thomas. Now if we get Suh and Stafford and Pettigrew come back 100% . . . Well, dare I say it? At least the Glory Years of Wayne Fontes??

Remember the year they had Mouse running the O and they went number one in overall offense for the year?

Then they Fired Mouse because they *scored too fast*

on edit: what was the name they had for that offense?..the silver streak?

2. It could be.

Finally they're addressing their core problem. Yes, the D is a problem still, but they kept going after WR's without a line that would give the QB enough time to throw. As long as we don't hear the words "Matt Millen, special consultant" they may be okay.

On edit: Offensive linemen or D linemen?

3. You could replace the entire Lion's lineup
with the Saints lineup---and they'd still be the Lions.
