I remember curling being the poster child for fake sports. "if CURLING is a sport than ______ is a sport too and should also be in the olympics." etc...

Now flash forward to the 2010 Winter Olympics and it's suddenly one of the most popular sports of the games. How'd that happen? Are people finally ignoring the attacks, watching the sport for themselves and realizing the attacks are unprovoked? The people attacking curling have actually never seen a curling match?

1. Do people actually watch ice dancing?
If so, that would be two. Me, I have nothing but ridicule for such epic horseshit.

14. Confession time.
TV coverage of college basketball has gotten so saturated that I don't really focus carefully until the tournament picks. I remember when seeing a game on TV was special and you turned in no matter who was playing. Ok - that's like admitting that I'm getting old.

16. That would be back when it was whatever ABC, NBC, or CBS was showing over the air.
I remember watching reruns of Ohio State at night on our local PBS station, when the game was not shown. Yeah, that was the 70's.
