8. I'm fighting...

to keep my eyes open after too many l-o-n-g winter days. Right after the 2008 floods, I saw the funniest t-shirt. I guess it needs a little explaining, though. The 1993 floods were supposed to be a 100 year event. The shirt said, "Iowa City, where 100 years feel like 15".

9. Was at Kinnick last night, Do.

HappyIowan was running a Accounting Conference. So, we were up in the pressbox and I took a cellphone shot of the field covered in snow. At night.

10. My son is a rabid

Hawkeye fan, I mean when we go to games I can't sit next to him because he's CRA-ZEE! So he'll love to see the pix of Kinnick, as will I. When he was little we used to sit in the knothole. Dana ; )

There is nothing much better than an Olympic spoiler on another cold, dumb February night. Knowing the outcome means I don't have to wait to take to my bed and dream of March. Good job! And sadly enough, I am being entirely sincere.
