I can understand not being a fan or thinking he is overrated (although it's pretty clear he is an elite HOF QB), but hate? Yeah, don't get it.

My dislike for the Mannings is much like my dislike for the Cowboys, or the NY Yankee's, or Farve. An example of ESPN's take on Farve, the Saints just made it to the Superbowl for the first time, ever and whats the main story? Will Farve retire, did Farve blow the game? Its very apparent that ESPN has its darlings(which is few), and doesn't take an even handed stance on other franchises.

The Mannings are darlings of the media, and I hate the fact that they are shoved into the limelight constantly, and Peyton seems extremely smug, but thats my impression(again, hyperbole with the smug comment).
