1. Shockey and Reggie Bush could really make me re-think me wanting
the Saints to win.

dealings while he was at USC.

6. Hmm...when did he graduate...2006?
Or was it earlier? Long time to investigate the obvious.

8. The investigation has been since 2006
and what makes it obvious? Were you there when what supposedly happened? All I've read is "allegations".

Besides one factor that has made the investigation last so long is the OJ Mayo issue and payments he may have been received. Though the basketball program did self-sanctioned themselves the investigation went beyond individual athletes to see whether USC had control over it's athletic programs and had proper oversight and other factors as well.

It's better to be thorough and get things right rather than rush things and label people or programs guilty because that is what you want.

7. It's complete
I didn't understand the comment by joey he wants "them" to "FINALLY" investigate when it's been ongoing since 2006. They recently interviewed Reggie Bush were he denied that he or his family received $300,000 from a failed sports marketing company his Sophmore and Junior years.

Here is the next step in the process.

After almost four years of investigation, the NCAA’s probe into the University of Southern California athletic program has reached a conclusion. Sources familiar with the investigation have told Yahoo! Sports that the NCAA’s Committee on Infractions will meet Feb. 19-21 to address what investigators uncovered at USC. According to typical NCAA procedures, if sanctions are necessary, they will be determined and then made public via a news conference within six to eight weeks of the February hearing.

9. So four years to probably sweep it all under the rug...
...they were living in a house provided by the sports agent, that was known in 2006...that in itself should have triggered something.

10. That was an allegation
where one side says they did nothing wrong. That triggered an investigation to look into the matter. To sweep it under the rug is your conspiracy theory likely not based on facts and they will disclose what they find or didn't find and go from there.
