4. what is remarkable is that all four of my NY teams
mets, jets, knicks, rangers seem to win in the same years. 69 is the best example, and 86 also.

6. If we're looking for established patterns in baseball teams' success,
I think Bill "Spaceman" Lee's observations are worth consideration.
He pointed out that the Red Sox are establishing a pattern of being the dominant leaders in the low-numbered years of centuries.

Let's hope there's something to his theory.
