Alright - rhetorical question (I know the answer)
Background information: Ticket scalping is illegal in Minnesota.

Paul Tagliabue announced that Mike Tice (head coach for the Vikings) will be fined, and not suspended for his part in a Superbowl ticket scalping scheme.

Rhetorical question: Why the fuck is Mike Tice not being prosecuted for this???
