Offensive line killed the Cards mostly because of false starts. Too many penalties killing themselves in the foot and Warner could only complete passes to Hightower. I knew Warner's shaky play in the preseason would carry over meanwhile Leinart was awesome. However the refs failure to call the fumble the first negated the fumble recovery for a touchdown. Oh I'm just ranting. I know it's only the first game but 0-1 looks a lot worse then 1-0. However the Cardinal's defense played great considering the offense wasn't moving the ball and therefore giving the 49ers great field position. Warner was just awful, his completion percentage was alright only because he completed check down passes to Hightower.

...although to be honest, it doesn't bother me as much as it might have in the past...I really think Weis needs to go and maybe a crappy season with a powderpuff schedule will finally do it.

Yeah, I almost took your advice and went wtih Cincy...I was sure that was a sure thing, but like in Jeopardy, they tell you to go with your first answer, and I was first leaning towards Atlanta.
