What if someone had a list of names allegedly inspired by God?
What if the initial names on the list were of lower primates, and the final ones were of human beings?

For example, the list might begin as follows:
Curious George begat Cheetah;
and Cheetah begat Dr. Zaius;
and Dr. Zaius begat Nim Chimpsky ...

(Of course that's not quite right because those are names of individuals belonging to living species of primates, while we actually want names of individuals belonging to extinct species of primates. Also, some of them are fictional individuals. However, the idea should be clear.)

If there were no gaps in the sequence and it ended with a name such as Aristotle, then would the list change the views of some people who currently deny that human beings are descended from lower primates, but who accept the genealogy of Jesus Christ given at the beginning of the Book of Matthew?

1. Are you using non linear time, or refrencing the return from the
future in the Planet of the Apes movie "Conquest of the Planet of the Apes" Where the Ape Ceaser descendant from future apes Cornelius, Zira, Teach the other apes how to fight slavery?

Shouldn't 'Dr. Zaius' be 'Ceaser', 'Cornelius', or 'Zira'?

I think your time line is off if it is meant to be linear.

Although I might be missing your point for reasons of humor. :P

3. Biblical Literalist would not accept an upstart holy book...
They will not accept evolution if God came down and told them so. You see,they are not offended because evolution makes them the descendents of Apes. They are offended because evolution means that humans are not a special creation, the species is just an accident.

4. One question:
What makes you think Christians read the Bible? If your suggestions were in there, they would be conveniently ignored in church, just like most of the Bible is.

8. An even better question: What if the Bible could be used as a teleportation device?
And every time you opened the book to Thessalonians 1:5, and then stepped on the bible, you would find yourself in Melbourne? I think that bible would be awesome.
