Why didn't David Koresh consider John the Baptist to be his ideal role model?
Or what makes you think that David Koresh did consider John the Baptist to be his ideal role model?
Or do you simply have little or no basis for reaching any conclusion about whether or not David Koresh considered John the Baptist to be his ideal role model?
14. I suspect it is your own disjointed approach to posting that draws such reactions
You tend to make people think you are a bit off. They can't figure you out so they either try to humor you or decide to mock you to try to draw you out.
13. Do you think that David Koresh could take John the Baptist as
his role model without being vain? When did David Koresh display aptitude for that role?
I would think that if he had claimed to be merely a voice crying out in the wilderness announcing the coming of a particular person, then by naming that person he would tend to have discredited that person. Of course, that wouldn't necessarily be fair because that other person might not be to blame and might express sincere sadness at being named by David Koresh for any reason.
15. I don't think that he cared about John the Babtist.
I think that he was scared of losing his grip on power, causing him to say and do anything to avoid losing it. (I just woke up so sorry if that sentence does not make any sense)
