2. She needs to learn Lesson # 1:
A man who can cheat on his wife, can cheat on his wife.

4. I thought the same thing. When he and America's REAL sweetheart got married, I said, nope no chance
and I was right. I loves Sandra Bullock glad she's ok from all of this....

6. I find that degree of tattooing (especially on a woman) repulsive...
Edited on Thu Jan-20-11 03:38 PM by hlthe2b
I realize many may disagree, but that's my honest opinion. I just don't get it.

Of course, it isn't simply the tattoos that makes her disgusting, but they don't help.

7. there's nothing to get...
most people choose to get tattooed for individual reasons, so, you know, there's no generalized reason for it.
*sigh* would you be one of those folks in the grocery store who gives me dirty looks in the summer? i guess if i repulse you and all...

8. No... I would be respectful. It is your personal choice...
Edited on Thu Jan-20-11 04:51 PM by hlthe2b
For me, no. The ways in which people choose to dress, the make up they wear, hair color and style, jewelry, and yes, body art are all very personal attributes. You may well find my dress or hairstyle or the shoes I wear to be unattractive or even repulsive, if (for example) you are into very stylish (and uncomfortable) shoes, I'm sure you'd not think my merrill mocs or other more comfortable shoes appropriate. I suspect you wouldn't tell me so, unless I sincerely asked. Why would you expect me to be any less respectful? Not liking someone's choice of style doesn't mean I find the person to be unworthy. Ugly comes from deep within, based on who the person is and acts--and is not based on superficial attributes. Surely you believe that as well?

Perhaps I worded my comment towards head-to-toe body tattos too strongly. I do find it personally unattractive, but that does not mean I would be unable to appreciate the person who may be sporting them.

9. Fair enough...
thanks for the nice response.
And no, I'm not into uncomfortable shoes. I lecture in my vegan cowboy boots and wear sneakers to class pretty frequently. Heels are a torture that I just cannot stand.
