Carell leaves with four epsiodes to go
Carell wont be in the last episode of the office, he is leaving with four episodes to go.

Personally I hope Andy Bernard gets Michael Scott's job, you cant have Dwight, because he
is better as the assistant to the regional maanger, and you cant have Jim because he is better
harrassing Dwight or supporting Pam.

If not Andy then maybe Creed, at least that will give him more lines.

1. Wow, so Steve thinks he'll have any shelf life beyond the office?
He's done some mildly funny movies beyond the office but it's always the same character. Good luck to him, can't see why he can't finish the season. I assume some are still watching the show.

3. I used to watch it until Jim & Pam got together because that was the focal point of the series,
like Maggie and Joel in Northern Exposure. Once that relationship was resolved and Joel left, what was the point of watching? It really was downhill from there.

5. The point of watching..
Dwight, Creed, Toby, Meredith, Oscar, Kevin,...

The show is still great IMO, and it was always about more than Pam and Jim.

4. Totally disagree, I think he's brilliant in films.
Expect great things in the future.

7. Did you see Date Night? Sucky!!!!!!
Andy would be perfect as the manager but I'm not sure he could pull it off.

What about making Toby the manager?

Better yet, Kelly! LOL

8. Kelly maybe, just for the wacky comedy potential, but Andy?
I'm not sure if its the character or the actor, but I just don't enjoy him. Less, not more Nard Dog please.
