Ugh. New Bond being made with Daniel Craig.
Couldn't they have found a man? A full sized man.

Ugh.

The name's Bond. James Bond. And he's back -- a new James Bond film has officially been announced.

EON Productions announced on Tuesday that the film, for now referred to now as 'Bond 23,' will go into production late this year.

Daniel Craig is back for his third turn as the secret agent, while Sam Mendes will direct the new installment.

In April, the film had been suspended indefinitely because of MGM's financial troubles. With their recent refinancing, the movie became good to go.

5. Yes, but the Congresswoman did not.
The absurdity of the little girl and the Federal Judge, both of which were not even planning to be there, struck me as... absurd.

Also, that is the allotted space allowed in a signature by DU, so three portraits fit well proportionally.

9. Thanks for your nice explanation. I always want everyone
treated the same, but if space won't allow it I'll have to accept it.

I haven't seen his Bond movies, but fans I know say he is the best since Sean Connery
So to each his own, I guess.

7. Pee Wee Herman would have been a better Bond than Roger Moore.
I agree, Connery will always be Bond to me but Craig is a decent runner up.

11. You saw that bit in the first Pee Wee movie, right?
James Brolin playing Pee Wee playing a James Bond-style secret agent with Morgan Fairchild as his sidekick?

:-)

10. Woo Hoo!!!
Sorry to be the contrarian here. Grew up on the Bond movies, really fond of Mr. Connery - but I love Daniel Craig as 007. Throw spitballs if you must, but I really enjoyed the renewed energy he brought to the genre. I thoroughly enjoyed Casino Royale but I thought Quantum of Solace was as dark a film as I've seen in a while without being made under an Indie label but put out there for general consumption as a blockbuster movie - after watching it several times, I've really come to appreciate it. So glad they are going ahead with this next project. Can't wait to see what Sam Mendes does.

Cheers!

12. I think Craig is perfect in the role, and the last two have been among the best Bond movies.

13. Daniel Craig isn't a man?
That charismatic hard-ass would strangle dandy Roger Moore with one hand and pretty-boy Pierce Brosnan with the other.

15. Well
I didn't like the idea of rebooting Bond and I thought the last 2 films were 2 much Influenced by Jason Bourne Films.I do not Blame
Danial Craig for this. This Is producers and writers fault.I am hoping In next film Craig gets to play a more Iconic Bond.Let him enjoy life more.Enjoying driving fast cars and really be the womanizer Bond Is.And let's do action sequences more classic Bond and
less jason Bourne.Even If low on gadgets let's have a classic Bond car chase.

My favorate Bonds are Connery and Brosnon.
