7. Here is my tattoo on my upper right arm:
..........FREEDOM

..........FOREVER

It doesn't have the dots, but I used them to move the words over. The logo itself is probably 3 inches high.

15. Not to Belabor the Obvious...
but, of course, this year that happens to be the day after our election. And if McCain should "win", and millions of outraged Americans descend upon Washington, the movie may be hailed by future generations as an amazingly prescient piece of film making.

22. Wow, I just realized that it's the day after Obama wins...
How utterly weird is that? November 4th, we act. November 5th, we celebrate our new freedom!

14. It's not something that automatically comes up
But yeah when it first came out I heard quite a bit about how timely it is. :)

16. I just saw it on Netflix a week or two ago
LOTS of parallels to our current situation. I'm sure that's no accident.

But there were plenty of threads about it on DU when it was in theaters.

23. The similarities to what is going on with Bush
are the reason that Moore hated the movie. The original comic is great and is more British in it's commentary on government run crazy. He did not like that it was in essence dumbed down and made an anti-Bush project. I tend to agree with him and like his original much better. Matter of fact, I think I'm going to reread it again tomorrow.

17. When I saw it at the Metreon IMAX Theater in San Francisco
When V says the line "People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people" the entire audience cheered with fists pumping in the air for full minute. Admittedly, this is one of the bluest parts of this Blue State, but it was so gratifying to see.
