Tom's an old friend of mine, so I do have a bias. But it's funny, brilliantly observed and thought-provoking. And not for the squeamish, as some of the clinical details of mortuary techniques are pretty graphic.

Very highly recommended.

The best thing about the book is how much solid info he conveys without ever lapsing into a pedantic tone. He has just the right sense of humor for the topic, too.
