Can someone recommend a good book
about UFO's and/or Paranormal Activity? I've been sifting through amazon and can't seem to find anything that looks interesting.

Thanks!

1. Try Google Books - some of them you can even read on-line, others - previews
.
.
.

I luv the Google Books thing

TRY IT!!

Look for the "limited preview" thingie - -

That will let you preview a few pages, sometimes over a quarter of the book on-line,

and also give you an option to buy . .

enjoy

2. no, but
I would start with google, ufo authors and investigative journalists.
So many authors have gotten on this bandwagon and much that's published is taken from other works, and is just recycled
Find an author whose web site really peaks your interest, as they vary greatly in their beliefs on why this is going on,ufo encounters.
I read Bud Hopkins book "Missing Time" back in the 80s,had some conversations with him then, but he had no belief in any spiritual experiences/life changing from encounters, even when people told him about wonderful happenings.Maybe he's changed his opinion.
He was of great help to many people back then who had/thought they had encounters.
He was/I think still is, of the little grey garden variety type.
All depends on where your coming from with the ufo.
I'd look into Orion and ufos, they're the big boys who will save the day!!!
Have fun and enjoy the ride (pun intended)

5. David Icke's "The Biggest Secret" rocks, as does this book I was reading called:
"Nothing in this book is true, but it's exactly how things are"

http://www.amazon.com/Nothing-This-Book-Exactly-Things/dp/1883319013

It utterly fascinated me because it talked about our origins and mentioned Sirius, etc.

The Headline New Journal:

This book is very unique collectors item showcasing 589 full-color pages and highlighted with a page layout with additional color that make each page image appear 3-D. 7. three credible writers on UFOs
John Mack, the Harvard psychiatrist who wrote Kidnapped

David Jacobs, the Temple University history prof who has two books out (Google David Jacobs Temple University UFOs)

and as the poster above mentioned, Budd Hopkins' books.

Stanton Friedman, too.

Now, if you really want an adventure and an incredible resource for books on psychic phenomena and UFOs, go to:

http://beta.coasttocoastam.com/shows

and use the search engine on the upper right. Nearly all the guests are book authors. Research such terms as "ghosts" or "UFOs" or "alien abductions." You will find so many sources/books you will never have to ask about another book again!

8. The Day After Roswell by Philip Corso
I don't know what I actually think about it, but it was worth reading.

Supernatural, by Graham Hancock is an excellent book. It's not about UFOs or the paranormal, per se, but rather about ... well, here, look at the reviews on Amazon, they sum it up pretty well:
