1. " Did George W. Bush Steal America's 2004 Election?"
If he did, where are the whistle blowers giving us the details on how it was done?

Where are they???

The "most egregious “manipulation, fraud and theft” of the democratic system in order to continue in power" must have people who are willing to come forward to spill the beans. National elections are run by the states, does anybody understand how big and difficult it would be to steal a national election???

Don't misunderstand me, If it supposedly so obvious it happened, where are the details on how it was done?

Bringing Bush down would be a fine and dandy thing, but we have no control of Congress, the media is on their knees, the people are clueless, it simply is not going to happen.

Bush is going to be out of office before we know it while the democratic party is finding it's voice and if we are not careful, we going to get our asses kicked again in 2006

All the while chasing after a chimp

4. Did Bush invade Iraq illegally???
Technically the answer is No.

Congress approved, The U.N. give tacit approval.

The question is: Did he lie about the reasons?

Not looking very good for the chimp there, is it?

6. I know my Constitution rather well
Please post the link for the U.N. resolution stopping us from invading Iraq?

Yes, Congress does declare war. If we are in Iraq fighting a war, how was it illegal? Technically the answer is "No" because Congress approved.

I didn't say what they did was morally right, just legal. There is a difference.

That was the question, wasn't it.

Are you saying Congress declared the war illegally? If so, how does congress do that constitutionally?

8. Fortunately, I have already educated myself.
I deal with facts, not suppositions or the latest rant of the week to gin up the troops.

The fact is congress declared war. The fact is the U.N. did nothing to stop Congress, nor do they have the power to stop anything congress does. Nor should they.

The fact is Bushco is going to be here until the 2008 election cycle.

As for Bushco stealing the election, looking at the hard real evidence or lack thereof. It is a colossus waste of time and emotion rehashing the 2004 election. Even if the election WAS STOLEN, the GOP controlled Congress isn't going to do a damn thing about it. The press is sycophantly in love with itself to actually do real investigative reporting and report the news. The people remain clueless even to the most obvious propaganda.

The Democratic party needs to build from the ground up county by county, state by state, region by region or we will never be able to reflect the American agenda, not rehash the 2004 election.

11. Bush got a resolution from congress
after a debate and a vote.

That's more than Clinton did when he went into Kosovo and bombed Serbia without going to congress at al.

As far as a formal Constitutional declaration of war, that's been passe since at least Lincoln who called forth the militias blatantly in violation of the Constitution, and nobody made a peep.

The 2004 election was totally stolen
That is my opinion anyway.
I also wrote a book in which I have a small mention of the theft...I also mention how the secret service came out to my home on december 26 2004 to ask me "What My problem was..." It was in response to a letter I had written to a bunch of senators saying that Bush had stolen the Election. It got turned over to the SS in the form of a complaint by senator Saxby Chambliss...and it doesn't really matter you know if you did anything wrong or not, but when a senator personally complains about you...they follow up, extra. And You know what else they told me, that is the Secret Service of course, they said, didn't I realize that if Bush did steal the election he was in fact doing it out of his concern for our country and thus he wasn't a traitor, which I had called him in my letter, I SWEAR TO GOD they said that!

13. "Fooled Again" by Mark Crispin Miller.
Sounds good, great reviews. It's not available in Australia, but next
time I put in an order with Amazon I'll add it to my list.

Has anyone read it?
