6. they were in line when the polls closed
so the polls have to stay open until everyone's voted. If you weren't in line when the polls were declared closed - you're outta luck.

7. Actually, it is 3 am EST in Knox County right now
Does anyone know which towns in Knox County are affected? It makes a big difference.
