The left has been on the defensive for 24 years now ... since Reagan. Perot gave us Clinton, and after Newt took control of the house in 1994, he was on the defensive for 6 years. I am truly, deeply concerned that we have entered an era of 1 party government that will stretch into the foreseeable future.

I may feel better about it when I wake up tomorrow ... but I doubt it.
