Provisional ballots cast mostly by Democrats
because ONLY REPUBLICANS were challenging voters.

1. in 2000, 90% of provisional ballots became valid votes
if there are between 120,000 (per Ohio Sec. of State), that means 108,000 more votes ... what percent will go to Kerry?

Democrats are saying there could be as many as 250,000 ... that could convert to around 225,000 more votes ...

if a large majority of these votes go to Kerry, he'll be the next President !!!
