This has been mentioned in a couple threads
Patricia Axelrod, an activist in Reno, has secured legal counsel and preliminary funding for her effort to stop the certification of the Nevada vote due to significant unaddressed irregularities in the election. She is currently assembling her findings and preparing the affidavit required to support a temporary restraining order to halt the administrative action of The Nevada Secretary of State, specifically the certification process. She is confident that she has gathered sufficient evidence to support her motion.
She has formed Citizens Acting for Free Elections in Nevada (CAFFEN) and is requesting donations towards her efforts which are being handled by the Lake Merrit Neighbors Organized for Peace. Details can be found at their website www.lmno4p.org/nevada/.
This case is so far independant of the case being brought by Rick Newell Davis of Minden in the Washoe County District Court which seeks a suspension of certification to allow voters denied access on Nov. 2 to vote.
Any additional help would be appreciated. Thanks for your support.
