Not a recount, but a nationwide revote. When enough irregularities (fraud, but these days no one wants to call it that yet)are proven, it would be better to have a nationwide revote, instead of a tedious recount.

There is some really good stuff about the Florida results at the bottom there--showing how optical scam machines really helped * and how there is a wide variance with ES&S/Diebold and other manufacturer equipment!

3. The asterick is in reference to the way that he got elected in 2000.

In literature, you would follow the * to the footnote in history which would explain that he was selected by the Supreme Court and not elected by the people.
