Anyone got the amounts for the entire USA? Votes that didn't read in optiscans (voters given wrong pen to use) or punchcards that weren't calibrated correctly to read votes and any other under/overvotes.

OHIO had 92,000 overvotes and undervotes.

3. Those numbers will not be reliably available until.......
.......all results for all states are certified.

Beyond the 'spoiled' ballot rate we must also acquire as much data as we can on the number of people disenfranchised in the registration process.

That includes,

1) People who were offered registration applications that they completed and returned in good faith but whose applications were never turned in to the registrars office by those who collected them.

2) People who were wrongfully purged from the voter rolls without due cause or proper notification.

3) People who had their registration information changed without their knowledge or consent resulting in their voting on "provisional" ballots that were later disallowed because they were found to be voting in the wrong precinct.

4) Qualified electors who lost their right to be registered on time due to malfeasance or dereliction on the part of election officials who failed to act in a timely manner in the processing of their registrations or application forms.

5) Any and all other circumstances related to registrations that caused otherwise qualified electors who attempted to register and vote to become disenfranchised.

Mark my words, despite the tremendous successes in new registrations this year, one of the largest contributers to the failure of this election is the number of people disenfranchised due to failures in the registration process. We must quantify and address the nature and scope of those failures if we are to fix the process as a whole.

Those numbers are available now to some extent and are best collected while fresh.
