SOS Brunner to take possesion and move Ohio 2004 Election Ballots to secure location
Edited on Fri Apr-27-07 10:22 PM by btmlndfrmr
...don't know if this has been posted.

http://moritzlaw.osu.edu/electionlaw/litigation/klbna.php

Most likely due to new budgets kicking in on June 1, for the SOS of Ohio a "stay" (jointly agreed upon) was ordered in the King Lincoln Bronzeville Neighborhood Association v. Blackwell(now Brunner) litigation until June 8th 2007. In conjunction with this case an agreed ORDER was filed on April 6th, 2007.

This order states... by directive of the SOS the 88 county boards of elections shall transfer all ballots of the 2004 Presidential election to the custody of the SOS to be kept in a secure location.

Hmmmm... Hm Hm Hm Hm Hmmmmmmm.

I loves me some Brunner
I know "a little" about this and this is big.

I hope Mr. Blackwell & Mr. Rove are wearing diapers 'cause the shit is about to
hit the fan.

5. I talked to Jennifer about this last week ....
... and I dropped a few hints. After the election in 2006 Blackwell went
on a shredding party ... 14 counties worth of 2004 ballots got destroyed too.
Jennifer ordered the rest be shipped to her office ....

BTW Jennifer speaking to the Worthington, OH dems was awesome.

7. Blackwell shredded stuff in his office ....
..... I am not sure but some county BOEs dumped ballots then claimed ignorance ....

But I asked about one county that is lethal w/ it's slime .... and that one is saved.

BTW She is all over Smartech too.

Can't help but notice she asked for Bennets resignation just one day after this filing... curiouser and curiouser.

Blackwell left quite the legacy. One hopes he is properly recognized for his effort when this gets out.

9. She asked for all of the Cuyahoga County BOE's members ...
.... resignation after she told them that the women who were convicted
for rigging the recount still were working there after she said that they
had to go.

She knows that those women are covering up bigger crimes ....

trust me it is gonna get good. The media will try to ignore it as long
as possible.

11. Brunner gave Bennett an out to walk away quitely ....
.... he choose not to and she gave him a chance to go record about
the 2004, 2006, the recount, diebold, and other "things" ... but Bennett
ran away ... no way was he going to have to testify in public.

13. Man! What a day for the Election Reform forum! This is where it's happening! FINALLY!!
I can't wait until ALL of the mess in Ohio is made public. I want Waxman & Conyers & Leahy to hold a hearing (on CSPAN-1 or 2) for this woman to tell everything she knows.

Barbara Boxer will FINALLY be vindicated for agreeing to move that the Ohio vote not be certified in 2004! She was given SO MUCH SHIT for this in the Senate.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x2719564

Big developments in the Ohio 2004 story include:

1.) Ohio AG Marc Dann himself acting as lawyer for SoS Brunner
2.) Court order that SoS preserve 2004 ballots
3.) Ohio GOP Chairperson/Cuyahoga BOE Chairperson Bob Bennet loses again, and must face the court.

Real progress in investigation of 2004 irregularities is definitely in process now.
