1. No Electronic Voting Machines, NO Optical Scans, Citizen Hand Counts everywhere
Barbeques, public tabulations, picnics, Town squares - visualize what a fair election looks like and make it happen.

Lets take our votes back from the cheaters and manipulators. Everyone pays in the long run, including those rigging the elections.

Its the only way to have a voice and elect real people.

Lets count the votes as citizens and in front of the public.

If there's nothing to hide, then there's no need for secrecy.

2. Tell your favorite candidate that you want, to Count the Ballots by HAND
see what their answer is. I think all the Politicians Dem or Pep, will REMAIN SILENT and/or PLEAD THE FIFTH. When it comes to giving us the ballots, so that we can Hand Count them. What do you think? :smoke:

3. I agree. Every candidate should be asked, and most will plead the Fifth.
If they answer that question they will put themselves in danger of self-incrmination.

Why, why, why, why, why, why, why, why, WHY do our party leaders and candidates want votes counted with "TRADE SECRET," PROPRIETARY programming code, owned and controlled by rightwing Bushite Corporations? Why are they not screaming from the rooftops about this?

Well, the answers are pretty obvious: a) they like Bush's war, and they like having fascists in the White House--it makes them look good; b) venal corruption--$3.9 billion and more to come of the electronic voting boondoggle, tricking through their fingers to the states; c) major corruption-- they like not having sufficient votes in Congress to stop the war and to implement other real reforms--because too many of the '06 elections were fiddled--thus, they can make nice antiwar and pro-people speeches and play to the left, while their "military-industrial complex" and associated global corporate predator donors loot us blind.

Everybody now knows what criminals and thieves the Bushites are. But not many realize that we have what may be an even worse problem, because it's not very visible: Democratic leaders who don't believe in demoracy--and who support this unamerican, traitorous, vile, corrupt, NON-TRANSPARENT vote counting system.

So, yes, put this to every candidate. And listen to the silence--or the double-talk.

"We got trouble....right here in River City!"

4. They are not PERMITTED to answer the HCPB question,
it would blow their cover, if you get a citizen group together, that is willing to Hand Count the Optiscanned Paper Ballots, immediately following the election, within a reasonable time frame, what would be their reasoning to deny this? Al Gore said it would take seven days to hand count the state of Florida. I think seven to ten days is REASONABLY.

What do you think? Do you think they would, YET AGAIN try to deny Americans their RIGHT to count the ballots by hand?
